HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Shri N.K. Pandey, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents and Shri R.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - NHAI. 2. The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Collector, Bhadohi to pass award under the provisions of Section 31 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act, 2013'). 3. Undisputably, the land of the petitioner was acquired under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956 ( for short 'NH Act'). The competent authority passed an award on 10.10.2019. It is not disputed that National Highways Act, 1956 is duly specified in the fourth schedule of the Act
