This writ petition is preferred for the following principal reliefs: "(1) To Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records and to Quash the Impugned Notices dated 29.07.2025 and 16.09.2025 issued by respondent no. 3 and 4 respectively. (Annexure No. 1 and 2 to this writ petition) (II) To issue as Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 to taken final decision on the reply submitted by the petitioner and not to take any coercive action/ demolition proceeding
