The petitioner has challenged the order under the SARFAESI Act. 3. At the outset, Sri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the bank states that 'secured asset' has been auctioned on 26.09.2025 and sale certificate issued on 14.10.2025. 4. In view of such facts, no interference may be offered at this belated stage. 5.
