The instant writ petition is preferred assailing the validity of the impugned order dated 16.12.2022 and 08.05.2025 passed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 respectively. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had purchased a residential land admeasuring 49 square meter situated in Mohall-Gadhi Kohna, Farrukhabad through a registered sale deed dated 05.03.2019, consequently, the petitioner had applied for sanction of map before the Prescribed Authority, Regulated Area, Farrukhabad on 11.03.2019 for constructing residential house. He submits the application was moved strictly in accordance with law and the petitioners had deposited the requisite fee for sanction of map and ultimately the map
