The instant writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the respondents not to take any coercive measures, demolition or otherwise with regard to the house and shop belonging to the petitioners. 3. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petition pending in light of the directions proposed to be passed today. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we find it appropriate that the petitioners may file a fresh representation ventilating all their grievance before the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Agra along with certified copy of this order within one week from today, who shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter. 5.
