Submission is, the petitioner is aggrieved both by the order dated 24.9.2013 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Basti and the appeal order dated 17.4.2025 passed by State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Lucknow. 3. Insofar as the order dated 24.9.2013 is concerned, that has attained finality, inasmuch as, on query made, learned counsel for the petitioner states, present petitioner did not file any appeal against that order. Twelve years have passed since then, there is no room to entertain the challenge made to the order dated 24.09.2013, at this belated stage. 4. Insofar as the order dated 17.04.2025 is concerned, it has been submitted, the petitioner was not heard by State Consumer Disp
