At the outset, it has been stated by learned counsel for the respondent no.5 that the secured asset has already been auctioned. Also, Securitisation Application filed by the petitioner under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, is pending. 3. In view of the above preliminary objection raised and the settled position in law that the writ court may not exercise its extra-ordinary jurisdiction after auction sale, interference claimed in the present petition is declined. 4. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their statutory remedies in accordance with law. (In
