Present petition has been filed to assail the possession notice issued under Section 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Submission is, the property was originally mortgaged by one Nazreen. On due discharge of her loan liability, bank issued No Dues Certificate dated 24.08.2023 in her favour. It is annexed as Annexure no.5 to the writ petition. The petitioner purchased the property from Nazreen, on 21.08.2024. 4.
