Challenge has been raised that during pendency of the recovery proceeding arising under the SARFAESI Act, the same amount may not be recovered as arrears of the land revenue. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the bank states that the bank has already withdrawn its recovery certificate dated 12.06.2025, seeking recovery of Rs. 27,63,253/- as arrears of land revenue. 4. No objection has been raised in this petition and no objection has been pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner with respect to recovery proceedings initiated under the SARFAESI Act. 5.
