Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Arimardan Singh Rajpoot, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 3. Submission is, the petitioner is neither the proprietor of Yaduvanshi Rice Mill nor he is legal representative of the proprietor of the said Yaduvanshi Rice Mill, namely Narendra Singh who died during pandemic, Covid-19. Petitioner further claims that he has never operated the said rice mill and no estate of deceased Narendra Singh has come to his hands. 4. Claiming to be a complete stranger to the recovery being attempted to recover the dues of the deceased Narendra Singh, petitioner further claims that he has filed written objections dated 08.08.2025 before the District Magistrate, Etah (Annexure 6)
