Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to mutate the name of the present petitioner in the Kanpur Development Authority of Plot No. 573, Block-W, Juhi Yojna, Kanpur Nagar. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the present petitioner." 3.
