Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Tiwari learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi learned counsel for the distribution corporation and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the grievances the petitioner in regard of correction the bill amount 11,753=00 and further decreased the Sanctioned Load 3 KW to 1 KW." 3. Upon written instructions received, Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi informs that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The sanctioned load has been reduced from 3 KW to 1 KW. Consequentially the outstanding dues has been revised from Rs. 11,753/- to Rs. 4093/- 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the same. He prays that the petitioner
