The instant writ petition has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief: " (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents especially the respondent no.2 to ensure the execution of Registered Sale Deed in favor of the petitioner pertaining to Commercial Plot No.A Area 300 Sq. Meter in Buddh Vihar Part-A Housing Scheme, Gorakhpur on account of order of allotment of aforesaid plot in of petitioner vide order dated 10.06.2015 and deposit of entire required Allahabunt with the Development Authority by the petitioner within stipulated period as early as possible within short span of time". 3.
