The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the order dated 8.7.2025 passed by respondent no.4-Collector/ Arbitrator, Jaunpur in Case No.1842 of 2025 as well as the order dated 15.4.2024 passed by respondent no.1-Comptent Authority/ Special Land Acquisition Officer (Joint Organization), Varanasi and for a further direction to respondent no.1 to pay the compensation of plot in question to the petitioners at residential rate. 3. At the outset, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India has raised objection qua the maintainability of the writ p
