Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and Shri R.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 3. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct, Respondent No. 2/3 to provide reasonable compensation as per his share, permissible under law along with admissible interest in regard to the Plot No. 676 area 0.0190 hectare m, 678 area 0.0050 hectare m, 679 area 0.0050 hectare m, 683 area 0.0200 hectare m, 584 area 0.0290 hectare m, situated in Village-Gohora, P/O-Ramdayalganj, Tahsil-Sadar, District- Jaunpur." 3. At the outset, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the land had been acquired under the National Highways Act and in lieu of award, due co
