The instant writ petition is preferred for quashing the impugned notice dated 10.09.2025 issued by respondent no. 3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that adequate compensation qua his holdings had been ensured by the respondent authority to the petitioner but, without affording any opportunity to the petitioner, straightway impugned notice has been served upon the petitioner, whereby the petitioner is directed to return the amount in question, which is paid excess to his entitlement. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is confined to his prayer that an opportunity may be accorded to the petitioner to question the demand raised in the notice dated 10.09.2025. 5.
