Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that adequate compensation qua their holdings had been ensured by the respondent authority to the petitioners, but without affording any opportunity to the petitioners straightway impugned notice has been served upon the petitioners, whereby the petitioners are directed to return the amount in question, which is paid excess to their claim. 4.
