A present, neither American New West Society has been made party nor full particulars of Clara Swain Mission has been disclosed in the writ petition, nor copy of the original constitutional documents of those entities or the lease deeds/ license executed in favour of the petitioner have been disclosed, nor the award passed against Clara Swain Mission has been brought on record. 3. In such facts, Shri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, prays he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition making full disclosures. 4.
