Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (respondent no.4). 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to execute the lease deed in favour of the petitioner immediately. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's land in Khasra Nos.664 ad 757 total area 1.937 hectare situated at Village Patawari, Pargana and Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, was acquired by the State Government and the declaration under Section 6 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was made on 21.09.1995. Under the rehabilitation scheme framed by the respondents, 6% developed plot, being Plot no.118, Pocket-A are
