Present petition has been filed seeking a direction on the respondent no.2 to deal with and decide the petitioner's loan restructuring application dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure no.1). 3. On instructions, learned counsel for the bank states that the requisite meeting of Financial Risk and Regulation Committee of the bank is scheduled to be held by the end of this month. In such fact, it has been assured, the petitioner's application dated 08.09.2025 may be dealt with and decided strictly in accordance with law after affording due consideration of facts brought by the petitioner as also upon appropriate interaction, necessarily by end of November 2025. 4. In view of such assurance, present petition stands disposed of. (Indrajeet S
