Present petition has been filed against the order dated 13.8.2025 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) in Case No. 1835 of 2025 Computerized Case No. D202501500001835 (Satin Housing Finance Limited Vs. Kaptan Singh and Others) under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act 2002. 3. At the outset learned Standing Counsel would object that writ petition is not maintainable against the private banking company. Second, it has been submitted that adequate statutory remedies are available to the petitioners under SARFAESI Act. 4. Preliminary objections raised are well founded. Accordingly, interference claimed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is declined. Writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to
