HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Patel learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Manish Mehrotra learned counsel for the respondent bank. 2. Present petition has been filed against the order dated 04.9.2025 passed by respondent No. 2 i.e. Authorised Officer of the private banking company under Section 13(3-A) of SARFAESI Act 2002. 3. At the outset Sri Mehrotra learned counsel would object that writ petition is not maintainable against the private banking company.
