The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent authority to sanction lease plan and deliver the possession of plot in question in pursuance of reservation letter dated 5.2.2025 in favour of the petitioners and for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.9.2025 within stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law
