Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for State respondents and Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (in short "Authority"). 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent Authority to issue vending license to the petitioner in pursuance of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (in short "the Act"). 3. Learned counsel for the Authority submits that the grievance of the petitioner can be addressed by the Chief Legal Officer/ Chairman of the Redressal Committee appointed under the Act and the petitioner may press his claim before the said authority. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands dispo
