Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure No.6) qua the compensation for the acquired land within stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
