Singh, learned counsel for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (in short "Authority"). 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to give 5% additional compensation to the petitioners under the strength of the order of this Court in the case of Gajraj v. State of U.P. & Ors., 2011 (11) ADJ 1 and for a direction to respondent no.4 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 27.09.2023 within stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief prayed in the instant matter, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to make fresh representation along with true attested copy
