Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure No.6) qua the compensation for the acquired land within stipulated period. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously and pr
