Court No. - 3 HON'BLE SAUMITRA DAYAL SINGH, J. HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. At the outset Sri Piyush Dubey learned counsel for the petitioner has confined the writ petition to prayer No. (ii). It reads as below: "(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Debt Recovery Tribunal Dehradun to decide the interim relief application in S.A. No. 262 of 2025 M/s S.K. Tempo Corporation and others Versus Union Bank of India and Others." 2. Sri Abhyudaya Bajpai holding brief of Sri Anil Kumar Bajpai learned counsel for the bank and the learned Standing Counsel are present. 3. Having heard learned counsel for partied and having perused the record, without entering into the merits, present writ petition is disposed of with the observation, subject to the petitioner cooperating in the proceedings, the Debt Recovery Tribunal Dehradun may make best efforts to hear and d
