In pith and substance, the petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to restrain the respondents from using the land of the petitioners in the project in question unless and until it is acquired in accordance with law. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners prefer fresh representation ventilating their grievances before the concerned District Magistrate within ten days, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after taking necessary comments from all the concerned departments.
