Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus upon respondent No. 3 for recovery of Rs. 73,38,147.33/- together with interest from respondent No. 4 pursuant to the order dated 01.11.2021 passed by respondent No. 2. 4. Without entering into the merits, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent No. 3 to make best efforts to ensure that necessary recovery is made strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before 31.12.2025, if there is no legal impediment.
