The instant writ petition is preferred with request to issue direction to the respondents to lease back the land of the petitioner in Khata No.4, Khasra No.33, admeasuring an area of 2.4130 hectares, situated at Village Bhatta, District Bautam Buddh Nagar and mutate the name of the petitioner over the said land in place of respondent no.3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that so far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he has already filed a representation dated 13.09.2025 before the respondents for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending.
