Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus upon respondent authorities to hand over the possession of the secured property in pursuance of the order dated 29.03.2025 passed by respondent no.2. 3. Without entering into the merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before respondent no. 2 within a period of one week from today due communication will be made by the said authority to the District Magistrate and Commissioner of Police to ensure effective compliance of this order in a time bound manner such that the order may be given effect to within a period of eight weeks, if there is no legal impediment. Failing that, all officials to whom the order
