Petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery of the electricity dues in excess to Rs. 2,55,486/-. 3. At the outset, prayer has been made that the petitioner may be granted some time to clear the default. 4. Learned counsel for the distribution corporation has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may clear the entire default i.e. Rs. 2,55,486/- within a period of three months such that Rs. 1,55,486/- may be paid on or before 15.11.2025.
