Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to allow One Time Settlement as proposed by the petitioner in his application dated 01.05.2025 (Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition).
