The instant writ petition is preferred for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to act per law and comply with the directions issued vide letter dated 15.12.1995 and 05.02.1996, and confirmed vide letters dated 21.05.2025, 17.06.2025 and 20.07.2025. 3.
