Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent no.1. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of the grant of compensation treating the plot/Gata No.1340, Village- Narayanpur, Karvi, Chitrakoot to be as non-agricultural property and appropriate decision may be taken expeditiously. 4. In pith and substance, the petitioner's grievance is that the land has been acquired by the authority but a
