Heard Sri Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Manu Ghildyal, learned counsel for respondent no.2 & 3. 2. Petitioner disputes the correctness of the computation of electricity dues being claimed from him. Against connection for load one kilowatt, the petitioner is being built for two kilowatt load. Thus, dues Rs.2,29,947/- are being claimed from him. 3. Sri Manu Ghildyal, learned counsel for Distribution Corporation contends otherwise. Thus, fact disputes exists that may not be gone into a revenue jurisdiction. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.30,000/- within one month he may file appropriate application under Clause 6.5 of the U.P.
