The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction commanding the respondent no.2 to hand over actual, physical, vacant possession of the allotted developed residential plot measuring 570 sq. meters to the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue involved, with the consent of parties herein, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that the representation moved by the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 shall be considered and decided
