Bank has initiated proceedings under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Auction sale notice has been issued however, no auction has taken place. 3. In view of that development, primarily no interference may be offered on the merits of the dispute brought by the petitioner.
