Afzal, learned counsel for respondent no.1 & 2, while no interference may be made with respect to prayers made to stay the recovery being pressed against the petitioner inasmuch as against the order dated 08.06.2024 passed by RERA, petitioner has filed a recall application before that authority. It is pending since 13.05.2025. Unless the recall application is allowed, stage may not arise to stay the consequential recovery arising under the order dated 08.06.2024. 2.
