The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to pay fair compensation to the petitioner regarding his share in plot in question and for a further direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.5.2025 within stipulated period. 3. Inspite of twice indulgence being accorded to State respondents, till date the instructions are still awaited. Learned Standing Counsel again prays for adjournment to produce the instructions. 4. Considering the factual situation as well as the relief, as has been prayed for, we find that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without expressing
