Petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition seeking quashing of the recovery citation giving rise to the attachment of immovable property of the petitioner which attachment proceedings have given rise to the present petition. That is pending. 3. Clearly the present petition is the second petition, for the same cause of action. 4.
