On notice issued, Sri Rahul Chaudhary, learned counsel for private respondent bank states that the petitioner has obtained finance facility with respect to a truck. Default was committed leading to foreclosure of the loan against outstanding Rs. 32,27,743/-. Matter was referred to arbitration. Arbitration award was passed on 18.09.2023. It has attained finality.
