Having heard Sri Rambhavan Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for Distribution Corporation. 2. Challenge has been raised to the Recovery Citation dated 26.06.2025 seeking to recover Rs. 7,26,244/- from the petitioner towards electricity dues. 3. On the strength of written instructions received by learned counsel for the Distribution Corporation a copy of which marked as 'X', has been retained on record. It has been thus disclosed that not only the provisional assessment but also final assessment has been made in the case of the petitioner on 11.11.2024 demanding Rs.7,26,244. 4. At the same time, on the strength of pleadings made and instructions obtained by learned counsel for Distribution Corporati
