The instant writ petition has been preferred inter alia for the following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.7.2025 passed by Regional Officer U.P. Control Board Jhansi (Annexure-4 to this writ petition) within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents Regional Officer U.P. Control Board Jhansi to decide the petitioner's representation and reminder dated 30.7.2025 and 7.8.
