The instant writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the respondents to release the compensation amount in favour of petitioner qua the sale deeds dated 05.10.2018 relating to Gata No.696 area 1380.3 sq. meters and Gata No.510 area 0.009583 hectare executed by the petitioner in favour of Ravindra Kumar Mishra, Irrigation Supervisor, Sarayu Nahar Khand-3, Gonda for Executive Engineer, Sarayu Nahar Khand-3, Gonda for Hon'ble Governor, Uttar Pradesh. 3. When the matter is taken up today, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed detailed instructions dated 18.08.2025 sent by the Executive Engineer, Sarayu Nahar Khand-3, Gonda, which is taken o
