The petitioner seeks physical possession of the immovable property purchased vide Sale Certificate dated 29.07.2024, with respect to which, registered sale deed dated 01.08.2024 has also been executed. 3. At present no legal impediment is shown to exist as may have prevented to State Authorities from securing physical possession. 4. At the suggestion of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon respondent no.2 to secure physical possession of the auction property to the Bank preferably within a period of one month, if there is no legal impediment.
