Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhyuday Bajpai, Advocate holding brief of Sri Anil Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for the Bank and Sri Abrar Ahmad, learned counsel for the Union of India, it transpires, the petitioner is seeking early disposal of one time settlement (OTS) application with respect to loan account number 540006390000006. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the Bank states if the petitioner would comply the term of the one time settlement scheme, the bank would process his application strictly in accordance with law. 3.
