Undeniably, present is a second writ petition. Earlier, Writ - C No. 16480 of 2023 filed by the petitioner was disposed of allowing the petitioner to repay the loan in installments. 3. Petitioner claims that certain amount deposited by him has not been adjusted. 4. Learned counsel for the bank states, the petitioner has not complied with the terms of the earlier order. 5. Be that as it may, this being the second writ petition, no interference is warranted at this stage. 6.
