Petitioner bank seeks expeditious disposal of application filed under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act. 3. Borrower relies on order dated 12.11.2024 passed by DRT in S.A No. 20/ 2024 wherein interim protection has been granted in favour of the petitioner on the following terms: "After hearing both the sides perusal of relevant documents placed before this Bench and contentions as demonstrated by both the Counsels, Respondent-Bank is permitted to continue with the auction and also to receive the bid amount however, issuance of sale certificate shall be kept in abeyance if the Applicant side deposit RS. 50 lac within 15 days in two installments. Subject to depositing the amount IA disposed of acc
